This kind of parking system can be divided into 5 parts by structure, including steel structure,transverse platforms system,lifting system,drive system and electrical control system. Each and the whole systems are designed reasonable scientifically and combined tightly for good performance both on convenient and safe operation of owner.
1. Steel Structure.

2. Transverse platforms system.

c.Corrugated car loading board can keep the balance of the car when it is moving up or down or leaning.
d.The guide rail is made of qualified material and there are restrainers on the ends.
3. Lifting platforms system.
a.Branded motor, low noise, high safety.
b.Using 45 steel for manufacturing of the chain wheels, it makes the chain wheels good performance on strength、hardness、wear resistance and tenacity after processing of casting,annealing,cutting,quenching,gear grinding and blackening.
c.Using high strength 16A roller chain, low noise, high Dynamic sensitivity, could start and stop in very short time. Our chains and wheels can be on service longer than others as their designed to avoid relative motion.
4. Safety System.
a.7 times safety coefficient for driving system,5 times safety coefficient for main structure.
b.Anti-over range device, it can stop the operation of the parking system immediately when the limit switch is ineffective.
c.Vehicle length detection device:Photodetectors are installed on the posts,it will alarm and stop the equipment when the car is over size.
d.Chain loosing detection device: It can automatically turn off the power when um-expected situation happen.
e.Anti-fall device：Originated using electric magnet and anti-fall hook, it can effectually protect the vehicles and equipment from falling.
f.Drive motor with brake device: It can brake in emergency when power off or not under operation.
g.Emergency stop button：It is located in the post, can stop operation when there is anything um-expected happen.
h.Operating alarm device: There will light alarming people not get into the equipment when it start to operate.
i.Lack or stop phase and over load protection of motor.
j.Multiple protection of electric system.
k.Lifting and transverse moving interlock protection device: Locks of lifting and transversing moving are interlocked in PLC program, it can keep the two platforms from impacting.
l.Stop device：It can prevent over driving on parking board.
5. Control system.
